Bosch EV Charger Campaign

1. Offer Overview:
   The Bosch EV charger promotional campaign provides your automotive business, upon purchase of an eligible Bosch EV Charger, an exclusive discount on Bosch Equipment, within Australia.
   

    

2. Eligibility:
   The offer is open to Australian registered automotive businesses only (OEM dealers and IAM workshops) and covers the below ‘Smart’ EV charger models purchased from Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Pty Ltd (Bosch) via the following link: https://boschevsolutions.com.au/driven-rebate

3. Promotional Period:
   The promotion begins on 3^rd March and ends on 3^rd August 2025 unless otherwise notified by Bosch.
   

    

4. Voucher Delivery and Validity:
   Vouchers will be emailed once stock has been dispatched by Bosch (note that delivery timeframes are up to 5 months from time of order). Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the dispatch date of your EV charger and is non-transferable. After the voucher’s expiration date, the unique voucher code will no longer be valid, and no additional discounts will be offered.

Each voucher is individually issued and based upon the number of EV chargers you purchase as per the following table.

There is no limit on the number of EV chargers purchased during the campaign period.

5. Product Eligibility (on Redemption):
   Pending the successful transaction of your Bosch EV Charger, your unique voucher will be emailed to you once stock has been dispatched by Bosch with the total voucher amount then redeemable either via Bosch directly (for OEM dealers) or at a participating Bosch authorised distribution partner (for IAM workshops).

   OEM Dealers can redeem their voucher through the Bosch Customer Service team.
   

 

IAM Workshops can redeem their voucher through the following authorised Bosch distributors.

7. Redemption Process & Criteria:
   Upon redemption via Bosch Directly (for OEM Dealers) or at a participating Bosch authorised distributor (for IAM workshops), the eligibility of your unique voucher code will be checked, and should it be valid the redeemable value of the voucher will be processed against your purchase..

How it works

1. Your voucher must be redeemed in full, on the one transaction with select Bosch equipment (see table above) only.
2. Your voucher can cover up to 50% of the Bosch RRP on select Bosch equipment (see table above).
3. If your voucher exceeds this amount, you can still use up to 50% of the item’s price, and the remaining value of your voucher will not be applied.

Examples

• If your voucher exceeds 50% of the RRP of the eligible product:
  If you're buying a BAT135 priced at $630 RRP and have a voucher for $400, you can redeem $315 of your voucher (50% of the $630 price). The remaining $85 of your voucher will not be used (unless you purchase another eligible Bosch item in the same transaction).

• If your voucher does not exceed 50% of the RRP of the eligible product.
  If you're buying a KTS560 & 1 Year Advanced ESI licence priced at $4,085 RRP and have a voucher for $1,000, you can redeem this voucher in full as it is less than 50% of the $4,085 RRP. The full amount of the voucher can be used on the transaction. 

• When your voucher cannot be used under the campaign.
  If you're buying Bosch ACS 553 priced at $4,850 RRP, unfortunately, this product is not listed in the table to be eligible for redemption under this campaign.

8. Exclusions:
   Eligible products are listed in clause 5 above. This offer excludes all other products and software including EV accessories and ESI renewals, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
   

    

9. Product Eligibility:
   Bosch reserves the right to change or withdraw any product offerings in this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to availability.
   

    

10. Stock Availability:
    All orders of eligible Bosch EV Chargers may take up to 5 months to fulfill with an estimated delivery date provided on order confirmation. Once stock has been dispatched you will then receive a voucher via email to redeem through Bosch Customer Service (if you are an OEM Dealer) or at one of our authorised participating Bosch distributors (if you are a IAM workshop) as per Item 6.
    

     

11. General:
    Bosch reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this offer at any time without notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on [website] and will be effective immediately.
12. This offer is not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be substituted by any other goods or services.
13. Bosch is not responsible for any issues or errors that may arise due to technical failures, including but not limited to internet connection errors or system malfunctions during redemption.
14. By participating in this offer, you may have provided us with your personal information. Your personal information will be used for providing, administering, improving and personalising our products and services and communicating with you. It may be shared with other members of the Bosch group, some of which may be located outside of Australia. It will not be disclosed to third parties, other than for the purposes outlined above, without your consent. 15. Bosch and its associated agencies and companies associated with this offer shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any personal injury or property damage) in connection with this offer or any redemptions made in the course of this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
