The chargers are mounted to a wall or pedestal. The pedestals have option of adding a cable management system for easy management of the cable.
Check if there is power to the charger from the dedicated power circuit. Make sure the isolation switch is turned on. Check the LED status and error codes on the charger to troubleshoot using the user manual. For EV9xx/3000/35000 check if the emergency stop button is pressed.
